Attendance and leave

Record working time, review leave and understand reserved days.

Prepare company rules

Owners and administrators manage attendance corrections, leave decisions, policies and individual annual allowances. Set the company timezone, working week, start time and holidays first. Leave allowances are company configuration, not an automatic interpretation of Lebanese employment law. Members linked to an employee see their own records and can submit their own leave requests.

Clock in or record attendance

Linked employees can check in and out using the current time. An earlier open shift must be closed or corrected before another starts. Managers can record or correct a dated attendance record with explanatory notes. Present and half-day records require working times; breaks must be shorter than the recorded interval. Future attendance is rejected. Late minutes use the configured company start time.

Request and review leave

  1. Choose an active leave type, start and end dates, and a reason. The request counts configured working days and excludes company holidays.
  2. Pending requests reserve allowance before approval. Overlapping pending or approved requests are rejected; a cross-year request checks each year separately.
  3. A manager reviews the request with a decision note. Recorded work on its leave dates must be corrected before approval.
  4. Employees may withdraw pending requests. Ask a manager to cancel approved leave. Rejected or cancelled requests are not edited into a different period; submit a new request.

Read balances and correct conflicts

Used days are approved leave; reserved days are pending requests. Remaining allowance subtracts both when the policy requires a balance. Later holiday or schedule changes do not recalculate saved leave dates. Cancel or correct approved leave before recording work on those dates. Attendance is not a payroll payment or an automatic statutory deduction calculation.
